 Courtney Quinn established the wine import and distribution company Our World, Our Community, Inc after studying wine at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley and spending months in Mendoza, Argentina. While working with boutique wineries and restaurant groups she also furthered her wine education and holds the highest level of certification (Diploma) from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust based in London. Courtney is President of the Women’s Wine Alliance, a nonprofit organization that advances the education of women wine professionals throughout the San Diego region.

 Jennifer Barnes is the CEO of Optima Office, Inc, which is her second successful start-up. She recently sold the shares of her first company and was able to successfully exit from the company. Optima is an accounting and HR services company that employs more than 65 individuals. Her team consists of people at every level, from Staff Accountants and Bookkeepers to Controllers and CFO’s as well as an entire HR division, consisting of employee relations and recruiting managers to HR Generalists, Managers and Senior HR Directors
